BettingJobs are working with a very well-established iGaming/sportsbook Operator. We are currently seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer and Administrator. The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders throughout the business, designing fit-for-purpose solutions to meet the needs of the business.

• Technical and administrative ownership of the Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud implementations
• Perform tasks related to the day-to-day operations of Salesforce including managing user access, sharing model, creation and maintenance of custom objects and fields, handling bulk data migration, workflows, validation rules, page layouts, and troubleshooting of integrations
• Guide and support junior administrators in day-to-day tasks
• Evaluate and scope Salesforce development requests from all segments of the organization
• Designing, developing and supporting customized solutions within the Salesforce platform (focus on Service Cloud Lightning)
• Implementing user stories on the base of use cases using the Salesforce development platform, languages and tools
• Develop/Collaborate with the development scrum teams and other interconnected IT groups to optimize the end-to-end process including monitoring, deployment and support
• Align with Product Management, Customer Operations and CRM stakeholders’ strategy and advise on business process improvement and reengineering opportunities

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Strong ability to analyse business requirements and build according to business specifications.
• Flexibility and adaptability to business requirements and priority changes.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team on multiple tasks at once
• Minimum 2+ years of demonstrable Salesforce Administration experience
• Salesforce Advanced Admin certificate holder
• Experience in developing custom code for Salesforce applications such as Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud
• Experience with Zendesk and Jira a strong plus
