BettingJobs are working with a successful B2B casino games content supplier who are currently looking to recruit Sales Managers. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing revenues by both bringing in new clients and deepening the relationships with existing clients to increase their commitment.

• Effectively Manages the end to end sales process
• Ensures that the best interests of the company are upheld at all times.
• Operates within the legal and regulatory framework.
• Provides high quality and timely delivery of duties.
• Deliver and maximise sales against monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets
• Contribute to the development strategy by identifying target markets, and within them target clients.
• Lead and manage aspects of the sales portfolio
• Identify common sales roadblocks and feedback client requirements into the product development process
• Delivery of accurate forecasts and reports as required by management
• Drive revenue generation, reviewing and analysing performance, driving actions for improvement, and working with the Head of Sales to fulfil potential
• Provide accurate and regular forecasts and business updates to the Sales Director for the designated client base

Requirements:
• A highly motivated sales professional with a proven track record of success within sales
• Proven sales closing skills.
• A robust network of contacts and relationships within the Betting and Gaming industry
• Successful track record of contributing to teams.
• Proven ability to develop and grow market places
• New product & services experience essential (preferably in betting and gaming).
• Strong understanding of the betting and gaming industry and how this information can be applied to help client’s to achieve their goals
• Team player with a positive and dynamic personality, excellent communication and presentation skills, strong planning and organisational capabilities
• Energy and drive, ability to work in a fast-paced and pressurised environment and to act quickly and decisively
• Strong commercial mindset.
• Ability to be extremely persuasive both internally and externally
• Demonstrated ability to work in an environment of change
• Self-motivated, able to work on own initiative as well as in a team.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging and uncertain environment.
• Proficient knowledge of all Office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and relevant software applications including Sales Force or equivalent CRM tool.
