BettingJobs is seeking a Senior B2B Account Manager for a bespoke casino and sportsbook platform company. The successful candidate will be able to maintain and develop relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers and achieve financial targets that are set through projects and contract renewals.

• Be responsible and accountable for any commercial related matters.
• Oversee the service delivery from all the relevant teams, making sure that the company is adhering to the SLA's and contractual agreements.
• Knowledge transfer, both to clients and internally, provide insights into the client's business model and likewise assist clients in understanding the companies processes and workflows.
• Be the ambassador of the client internally within the company.
• Ensuring excellent client satisfaction results through careful management.
• Understand the companies products to be able to identify any opportunities.
• Present client account reporting to the B2B Director and c-level

• 5+years’ experience within B2B Account management
• Previous experience within the iGaming/IT sector
• Must be good with numbers
• Have great communication skills
