Bettingjobs are working with a licensed payments institution who offer their B2B products across European and North American markets. They attract global merchants in segments such as e¬-commerce, telecom, travel, financial services and gaming.

As part of the company's growth strategy, they are looking for a highly motivated Account Development Executive to join the Gaming Account Development team in the Malta office. This position is critical in building and maintaining long-term relationships with large international clients across the Gaming vertical. You will be responsible for a portfolio of merchants in the Online Gaming (gambling and betting) vertical.

What you'll do:
o Manage up-and-cross sell towards existing customers (upselling new markets, products or functionalities that the company offers as well as upsell to new brands/markets launched by merchants)
o Take ownership of commercial negotiations and other supporting activities with respective customer
o Build relationships and long-term strategic cooperations with assigned customer accounts
o Develop and prioritize customer product/service requests
o Conduct thorough analysis of customer services and traffic patterns using number-crunching techniques to derive value-driven business decisions
o Work thorough analysis of various pricing models with regards to pricing negotiations
o Work towards achieving the individual targets and reaching the department KPIs
o Collaborate with different departments internally to help deliver projects for customers
o Attend industry events
Who you are:
o Previous experience in commercial, sales, account management or similar roles within industries such as financial services, gaming, fintech or information technology
o You consider yourself great with numbers, analytical and able to use logic and problem-solving skills to find the relevant solutions
o You’re hard-working, love learning new things and solutions-oriented.
o You have the ability to explain complex topics in a clear and understandable way
o You are humble with a strong business acumen
o You thrive in a social environment and know how to create positive and long-term relationships

o You have ownership mentality and accountability
o You are fluent in English, both verbal and written and it’s a bonus if you speak other languages.
