The ideal candidate would be native Brazilian with previous experience under Brazilian market.
Responsibilities & Duties of the role:
- Full executive with CRM tool
- Responsible for the customer journey content communications
- Work close with marketing team to ensure the best CRM strategy
- Reporting and analysis for campaigns optimization
- Setting roadmap for promotions/ campaings
- Monitor customers behaviour and planning segmented offer per group
- Look for the best main competitors offers to improve product
- Responsible for all content driven
- Liaze with media partners to ensure a consistent communication brand strategy
Ideal candidate we look for:
- 1+ year min experience as CRM manager (ideally with Optimove or Solitics)
- Native Brazilian, good English is a must
- With sports passion and deep knowledge about betting trends markets
- Self driven time-management with new ideas to improve CRM strategy
- Team player results oriented with hands on job
- Good data analisys for CRM optimization
- Content and communication production creative skills
