The business is on a massive growth trajectory and operate at the epicentre of the regulated Sports Betting & iGaming space. With near total market share, the product is an essential component of any operator’s strategy in North America. Growth exists beyond Sports Betting & iGaming into sectors such as media and cybersecurity, but the client base at present is predominantly in Betting & Gaming.
As Senior Account Manager, you will be very much on the frontline of the business, building lasting, transformational relationships with enterprise clients – many of which are already household names in this young but high-growth sector in the US and Canada. You will own responsibility for end-to-end customer experience within your client base, working as a strategic partner to optimise the relationship on both sides. You will be the connector between client & customer, driving organisational improvements, product innovation, and much more.

The position requires someone with exceptional relationship management qualities, ideally in a SaaS environment. Sports Betting & iGaming experience would be a big advantage, particularly from the payments, fraud, KYC and SaaS side of the sector. Consideration will also be given to individuals with a relevant background outside the industry, but with a genuine keenness to develop your career in this high-growth space. Within your experience, you should have relevant experience of client integrations and a degree of technological know-how, to allow you to flourish in this role.
