Bettingjobs are working with a payments provider who are looking for a VIP Manager at a senior level. The purpose of this role is to facilitate an increased focus on the experience of end-users, in particular in the Online Gaming segment.

What you'll do:
o Reach out to and build relationships with high-net-worth individuals who transact regularly, with the main purpose to facilitate a personalised and great experience related in particular to enhanced due diligence
o Working closely with consumer KYC team, marketing team and Account Development team on topics related to high volume consumers
o Actively work to improve ways of working with the objective of improving end user experience
o Provide feedback to product teams based on input from high value customers
o Collaborate with merchants in the gaming industry on ways of providing additional value to our shared end users

Who you are:
o 3-5 years of relevant experience in VIP Customer Relationship management, Customer Success, Account Management or similar within the online gambling and betting industry
o 5-10 years of experience in the online gaming industry
o You have a high level of ownership mentality and attention to detail
o You have the ability to understand process requirements and a simple and powerful way to break down and explain why those are needed
o You thrive in a social environment and know how to create positive and long-term relationships
o You have a creative mindset and go-get attitude
o You take great pride in your work and strive for excellence with drive and endurance
o You are fluent in English, both verbal and written and it’s a bonus if you speak other languages, in particular Swedish/Finnish is highly meriting
