As the Fraud Product Manager, you will own the Fraud product vision and roadmap. You will work with commercial stakeholders, solutions architects, delivery teams and business end-users to achieve company goals. You will report to the Director of Product and work closely with the Global Head of Fraud to define and maintain the Fraud product roadmap, using customer and business data to justify product priorities and set measurable KPIs. You will analyse feature requests requirements, interpret and generate commercial product requirements for the Product Owner and Development teams; overseeing UAT and feature rollout to end-users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the link between business operations and the respective development teams, ensuring all parties align with the Product Vision.
• Along with Global Head of Fraud, liaise with Fraud Vendors coordinate and build new integration and/or enhance current integrations
• Collaborate with Stakeholders and Product Owners to create and execute the strategic roadmap.
• Own and build the Fraud product roadmap with user insight, analytical research and competitor analysis.
• Estimate feature resource allocation and opportunity costs through collaboration with the solutions architects & development teams.
• Evaluate feature viability alongside the Stakeholders according to budget, risks and dependencies to allocate resources in the Fraud product roadmap.
• Take ownership of commercial and technical requirements in the Fraud product roadmap, managing all stakeholders' expectations from inception to delivery through regular communication.
• Regularly update and communicate with the product team to align and prioritize cross-product deliverables with the roadmap.
• Collaborate with other agile teams to manage and plan dependencies.
• Develop product requirements with the product owner and ensure the priorities are in line with product goals.
• Work closely with UX to assess and improve customer experience through user research, design iteration and measuring the success of feature updates
• Provide regular analysis and updates on progress to commercial, technical, and operational stakeholders at all levels.

You must also be technically competent to understand the systems, prioritize and work with internal customers and developers to decide product direction. However, you must be comfortable allowing the development teams to develop the solutions while using their knowledge base and proxy for the business.

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum 2 year's experience as a Product Manager, with hands-on experience in End to End product delivery.
• Experience working with 3rd-party fraud vendors and tools
• Experience working in a lean product development environment understanding the concept of an MVP and iterative release process.
• Working knowledge & understanding of technical language.
• Keen commercial understanding of online KPIs such as conversion, CAC and CLV.
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail
• Flexible to work with departments in different time-zones
