Betting Jobs are working with a very well-established iGaming/sportsbook operator who have offices in London, Gibraltar, Stockholm and Madrid. They are looking to add to their Product Ownership team with this Product Owner for Join + Leave.
They are looking for Product Owners to join teams to help enhance their mobile apps, focusing specifically on Customer Onboarding & Lifecycle and Player Sustainability.
They have a number of roles available in the following areas:
• Mobile
• IOS Casino Apps
• Commercial & Marketing
• Risk & Fraud Services
• Regulatory Integrations and Reporting
What you will do:
• Act as the voice of the customer to guide all stages of the delivery process
• Foster relationships with business owners, UX, delivery managers, product managers and other stakeholders to form a deep understanding of customer problems and potential solutions
• Define business and technical requirements, which are then translated into workable epics and user stories
• Ensure development teams are clear about the work that is prioritised and why, so that they are motivated to build optimal solutions
• Participate in agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, story refinements, and team retrospectives
• Identify and manage cross team dependencies to prevent impediments and strengthen collaboration
• Act as a lead coordinator when needed by comfortably managing deliveries from start to end and by driving project progress across multiple teams and backlogs
• Ensure product adherence to compliance standards together with stakeholders
Your experience:
• Previous work experience as a Product Owner
• Advanced knowledge of agile development methodologies
• A solid track record of addressing customer needs through the use of technology
• Have a data and evidence driven mind-set in decision making
• Must thrive in a quick moving, demanding environment
• Self-directed, self-motivated, take initiative, resourceful, and welcome new challenges
• Experience from working in the online gambling industry is an advantage
