They are looking for an SEO expert who’s passionate about researching Google’s ever-changing landscape and staying ahead of the SEO curve. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing the company’s overall SEO strategy.

You will be responsible for ensuring that the company will perform from an SEO and ASO point of view. This includes continuously improving the organic visibility of our site, maintaining an overview of rankings, as well as suggesting and following up on improvements from a technical, content, link, and traffic perspective.
The SEO/SEM Manager will be creating the roadmap, being a driver and executing on it whilst ensuring you follow the guidance of product owners and other key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop and implement our SEO strategy & ASO strategies that drive growth and ROI
• Develop and manage On-Page and Off-Page SEO to reach group KPI’s and targets.
• Leverage customer insights and analytics to continually optimize campaigns
• Track and analyse technical factors affecting search visibility, crawling and index coverage, providing insight and recommendations for improvement.
• Work closely with other Digital channel owners (Affiliates, PPC and Social) and other teams (Brand, Content, Development, design & PR) to maximise return from SEO channel.
• Accountable for improving our app store rankings and conversions from App Store to download for various mobile apps.
• Manage link building campaigns, conducting backlink profile analysis across domains.
• Regular catch-ups with the internal development team to present and project manage SEO roadmap to enhance SEO performance of our pages
• Work closely with other members of the Digital Acquisition team including PPC, Social Media, Affiliate and Design teams.
• Provide performance optimisation recommendations and data-driven suggestions to Senior Marketing Teams.

Qualifications and Educational Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-year hands-on SEO experience (Tech – Links – Content)
• Excellent knowledge of the SEO and ASO industry, search engine algorithms, and app store ranking strategies.
• Strong Tech SEO skills and experience with all facets of SEO optimization
• Profound knowledge of the suite of Google solutions (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console) as well as web analytics tools as Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Appannie, SEMRush etc.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/Java script
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication or equivalent.
• Strong in Excel/Google Sheets
• Sports Betting and/or Agency experience is a plus.
• Strong sense of ownership – you make sure tasks get done
• Ability to see patterns and find insights
• Attention to detail.

Specialist Skills and Experience Required:

• Strategic mindset and ability to translate (complex) SEO problems to business owners
• You feel comfortable working with multiple projects and people at a time, not losing track of business priorities
• Track record of being responsible for budget and performance metrics
• Experience in agency management and contract negotiation
• Strong attention to detail, analytical strong and presenting the data.
• Fluent in English accompanied with good communication skills
• You have hands-on SEO experience (minimum 3 years) and a proven record in optimising websites from different (SEO) angles.
• Must work well, both collaboratively and independently.
• Must thrive in a fast-paced environment
