BettingJobs is seeking a Customer Support Agent - Pre Customers in their Sliema office, Malta. BettingJobs is working with an alternative banking solution a market leader in the gaming and gambling sector for a Customer Support Agent.
The Customer Support Assistant/Agent will be responsible for liaising with inbound enquiries, such as those from potential customers online.
• The role is the main initial point of contact for new potential customers with queries.
• Gain a thorough knowledge of the Xace product to be able to effectively answer customer queries.
• Communicate effectively with other team members to seek answers and information where required.
• Referring enquiries to the sales team if required for follow-up communication.
• Answering customer enquiries professionally in a timely manner
• Liaising with customers via email and livechat.
• Supporting other Customer Support team members where required.
The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
• 1 year + background within banking, fintech or gaming (B2B) customer support function
• Knowledge of Jira or other CRM preferred but not essential
• A desire to learn and grow within a company
• Be organised and diligent
• Be a team player
• Excellent written English
