Bettingjobs is working with a rapid growth alternative banking solutions provider who have seen great success in the iGaming industry, now looking to expand their Malta; Sliema, based team with the addition of a Customer Support Agent to focus on currently live customers.
Experience working within a B2B environment is needed for this role.
About the Role
The Customer Support Assistant/Agent will be responsible for liaising with the existing customers of the Company.
• The role is the main point of contact for customers actively using the product.
• Gain a thorough knowledge of the product to be able to effectively answer customer queries.
• Communicate effectively with other team members to seek answers and information where required.
• Referring support enquiries to the appropriate department where required.
• Answering customer enquiries professionally in a timely manner
• Liaising with customers via email, livechat and in-app messenger
• Supporting other Customer Support team members where required.
The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
• 1 year + background within banking, fintech or gaming (B2B) customer support function
• Knowledge of Jira or other CRM preferred but not essential
• A desire to learn and grow within a company
• Be organised and diligent
• Be a team player
• Excellent written English
