A brand new live casino is opening in Sofia and they are looking for a HR Specialist. Located in Druzhba 1 District.


Keeping records of medical and holiday leave;

Managing the internal communication – when someone is leaving or joining;

Preparing, checking and archiving employees files;

Maintaining hard copies of the documents;

Constantly updating the ORG Chart;

Constantly updating the Employee Tables ;

Sorting and recording the received mail in the entry-exit register (number, date, company name, phone, message content, other information deemed necessary)

Maintaining the relationship with the clinic responsible for occupational health and safety;

Contacting candidates to schedule interviews, sending invitations and offering feedback;

Completing monthly time sheet and verifying the correctness of the payslips;

Adopting a polite attitude towards both colleagues and the people they come into contact with within the firm;

Takes responsibility of the fairness and readiness regarding the transmitted information;

Responsible for promoting the image of the company through the adopted behaviour and the activity carried out;

It is constantly concerned with the development and improvement of its own competencies;

It is responsible for keeping the information that she has access to strictly confidential.

Offering support to all activities specific for the Human Resources Department

Prepares periodic reports according to requirements and needs

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

English language – average (written and spoken)

PC literate – medium level;

Studies: medium or higher level;

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal);

Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently with various audiences;

Multitasking;

Excellent time management and organizational ability;

Problem solving skills;

Analytic thinking and critical thinking skills;

Physical work conditions: office work
