BettingJobs is working with a leading content provider to the iGaming and Betting Industry seeking an Office Manager in their new live casino studio in Sofia, Bulgaria. Located in the Druzhba 1 District.

PURPOSE OF THE POST:
Carrying out all the daily administrative activities and ensuring the managerial assistance.

MAIN ATTRIBUTIONS (and related tasks):
1. MANAGEMENT ASSISTANCE AND EMPLOYEES

- Meeting planning activities
- Solving the administrative problems of the company
- Activities for planning events and business trips
- Training activities of new employees

2. OFFICE ACTIVITIES
- Document preparation, printing and transmission
- He deals with online correspondence
- Manages inventory and office equipment requirements
- Maintaining accounting documents

3. ACTIVITIES OUTSIDE THE OFFICE
- Submits company documents to private or public institutions
- Transmission of correspondence through courier and postal services


RESPONSIBILITIES:
Related to the specific activities, it is responsible for:
manages and coordinates all activities within the company headquarters;
creates and implements the policies within the company headquarters;
obtain approvals regarding various situations occurring within the office;
collaborates with the human resources department and offers support;
manages the office equipment and concludes service and maintenance contracts for them;
draws up and updates the inventory with the objects and materials within the company headquarters;
prepares and sends correspondence on behalf of the company;
receives and pays utility bills, office supplies and consumables;
relates to the owner of the building in which the company headquarters is located, with the police, with firefighters, with the security and intervention companies;
ensures that the employees have all the necessary materials for a good performance of the activity;
makes the forecast regarding the purchase of various materials;
is responsible for order and cleanliness within the company headquarters;
makes logistical arrangements for meetings and meetings;
monthly preparation of the documents in order to send them to the accounting firm;
supervision of the activities related to the maintenance of the headquarters;
schedules interviews and meetings; - reporting costs and optimizing them;
is responsible for following the internal procedures related to the use of the equipment provided;
- respects the general working procedures specific to the company (work schedule, punctuality in the preparation and delivery of reports, etc.);
- complies with the Internal and Security Regulations
- respects the deadlines imposed for handing over situations to the hierarchical superior;
- maintain the confidentiality of the data and information to which it has access;
- maintains and updates the documentation and processes;
- offers training and assistance for new employees;
- use the working time exclusively for the fulfillment of the tasks, in this sense, it does not deal during the working time with activities that are not included or not disposed by hierarchical managers in his/her duties.


REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:
- Strong MS Office-level advanced knowledge
- Bulgarian – excellent command; English medium level (written, read)

CONDITIONS OF WORK:
- Physical conditions of work office work
- Work schedule: norm 8 hours / day, from Monday to Friday
