BettingJobs is working with a leading content provider to the iGaming and Betting Industry, seeking an shift manager for their brand new live casino in Sofia. Located in Druzhba 1 District.

PURPOSE: Organise, coordinate, supervise and verify the staff and operational activities.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintaining the relationship with internal and external clients (staff, operators, player)
Coordinates the staff under his/hers supervision
Respecting and maintaining the game standards imposed by the company
Active contribution to the company’s development
Collaboration and cooperation

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED TASKS:
Maintaining the relationship with internal and external clients (staff, operators, player):
Periodic inspection of the studio in order to assure a proper demeanour of the staff and the functionality of the equipment
Offers support to the players when is the case or if they ask for guidance
Assures that the staff interacts with the players and offers them an attractive and entertaining game environment
Coordinates the staff under his/her supervision:
Ensures an optimal number of employees on shift
Monitores the assignment at the tables, rotations and breaks
Periodically staff assesments
Ensures that all the company’s procedures and standards are respected by the employees
Offers a professional work environment and treats all employees with respect, offering transparency in the communication with the employees; offers periodical feedback, both negative and positive, in a polite and constructive manner
Observes and announces the management in case the employees under supervision misbehave and recommends disciplinary measurements
Respecting and maintaining the game standards imposed by the company:
Acknowledge the standards of the company
Up to date with all procedures, rules, promotions and games strategies
Use in s proper way the company’s technology
Announce the management regarding any deviation from the company’s standards
Presents the standards of the company to the staff under his/her supervision
Active contribution to the company’s development:
Suggests measures to improve the player’s experience
Participates to improve the company’s activity, with contended suggestions regarding the staff, player’s experience etc.
Proactive attitude in handling problems and/or anticipating them

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
STUDIES: medium level
EXPERIENCE IN THE WORK FIELD: minimum 6 months
WORK CONDITIONS:
Physical work conditions: office work
Work schedule: 8 hours/day in shifts
NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE:
English Bulgarian
PC literate
NECESSARY APTITUDES:
Communication and self-control skills
Attention skills
PERSONALITY CHARACTERISTICS: attention to details, discipline, responsibility, devotement, motivated, resourceful.
