About the role
You will be the first Technical Account Manager (TAM) based in the US and responsible for our clients in the rapidly expanding iGaming market. As we are rapidly expanding there will be significant opportunities for career progression within the company.

Reporting to the CRO you will lead the technical relationship with potential clients, primarily leading the technical function within our business development division.

Additionally, the role will require significant collaboration with Customer Success, Development, Product, Integration and Support teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the technical relationship with all potential clients
• Drive customer acquisition through technical calls, demos and information provision
• Develop a process that positions the company as dependable partners delivering exceptional technical customer service
• Establish & manage technical communication channels between the company and potential customers
• Scope & document customer technical requirements prior to integration process
• Work with the business development team to technically differentiate the product from the competition and translate into demonstrable customer value
• Identify any potential product improvements & features opportunities and collaborate with the product team
• Upskill the technical expertise of the Customer Success team
• Regularly attend and contribute to integrations calls and standups
• Play an active role in input to Product team business case approval and feature prioritization
• Work closely with the integration team so as clients can be smoothly handed over post contract sign off


Skills & Experience
• We are seeking degree level education in computing and science fields
• Minimum of 5+ years professional experience in the USA
• Experience in working in the iGaming sector
• Holding positions relating to Solution Architect, Technical Account Manager
• Past experiences with Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, Asana, Hubspot or comparable technologies.
• Ability to manage and lead projects and teams
• Strong understanding of modern app & web development
• Ability to write code is not essential but awareness of is a must
• Strong communication and inter-personal skillsets
• Effective at managing relationships through conflict resolutions
• Highly organized and detail orientated
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently towards goals and objectives
• Highly motivated and enjoys problem solving
