Joining our Partner Success Team, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Partner Success Manager to work with our exclusive sports betting partners to optimise the use of our loyalty and reward brands, currency and member communications and in turn to deliver against their business objectives.
As a Partner Success Manager, you will:
• Work closely with our sports betting partners to understand their needs, building strong result-driven relationships, and implementing strategic plans to drive commercial results.
• Take ownership of the marketing relationships with our sports betting partners, working with them to advise and deliver against their requirements.
• Have a firm understanding of the marketing strategy and plan for our sports betting partners, liaising with our Partner Success Director to translate strategy into impactful partnership road maps.
• Work with the Head of CRM and Member Lifecycle to create and deliver member betting content.
• Support engagement among the existing membership by working with the CRM team to enhance customer communication across email, social and other digital marketing channels.
• Work closely with our data team to analyse, predict, and understand future marketing activity.
• Hold regular review meetings with our partners to discuss upcoming campaigns, present and share KPI results.
• Work with the Partner Success Director to grow the commercial partnerships with our sports betting partners in a way that drives business success for them and secures partnership renewal.
• Work with relevant stakeholders on the sales process to acquire and onboard new sports betting partners.
• Be responsible for reporting on performance metrics for both internal and partner purposes.
• Manage the website messaging and content in relation to our sports betting partners and ensure all online communication content is always fresh, relevant and in line with betting compliance.

What we are looking for:

• Extensive experience in a marketing and partnerships role, preferably within the betting industry.
• Excellent understanding of affiliate-driven marketing.
• Proven experience of delivering excellent and mutually beneficial commercial results through successful Loyalty & Rewards Marketing activity.
• Ability to execute and deliver campaigns, meet deadlines and KPI targets.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written – ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels throughout the business and lead partnership discussions and strategic recommendations through solid understanding of the partners needs and the data available.
• Have a creative flair with the ability to write strong result driven content but also passionate about using analytics and measurement to optimise conversions.
• Competent in using marketing technology to deliver the best experience for our partners and members.
• Good presentation skills (both the creation as well as delivery).
• Maintains a high level of focus, productivity, and direction through self-motivation.
• An excellent team player.

Qualifications/Professional membership:

• Marketing / Business Degree – Desirable
• CIM qualified (Associate) – Highly desirable
