Swedish Customer Support Agent Responsibilities:
• Handling chats in a timely and customer centric fashion
• Replying to emails in a professional manner

• Working independently and proactively to improve customer satisfaction
Swedish Customer Support Agent Requirements:
• Fluent in Swedish, both written and spoken alongside good English skills
