Your Role:

The Affiliate Payment Executive will work closely with the Affiliate Manager and team, supporting with the management of third-party affiliate relationships. Responsible for managing the financially and accounting reports required to support the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Compiling financial, accounting & performance data via the Affiliate platform and Excel spreadsheets, written Word documents and PowerPoint presentations.
• Take stock of affiliate partners records and financial/accounting records documents as required.
• Balancing the needs of the business and affiliate partners to assist in the growth of revenue generated for the business through affiliate marketing.
• Attending internal meetings to report on performance and strategy of affiliate campaigns.
• Identify and assess users’ needs to provide the best and most timely solutions; follow up to ensure a speedy resolution.
• Communications to affiliate suppliers on behalf of the business.
• Supply clients with pre, mid and post campaign analysis.
• Working closely with the Affiliate Marketing team on a set of designated affiliate accounts.
• Demonstrate multi-tasking ability, keep multiple projects on-track, structuring and executing work.

Your Experience:

• Previous affiliate marketing and/or digital marketing experience
• A good understanding of the Affiliate or Digital Marketing ecosystem
• A great attention to detail
• Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite, Excel, GA.
• Being familiar with Affiliate platforms (Netrefer, Income Access, Myaffiliates etc) is a plus
• iGaming background required, accounting/finance background will be considered a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in order to liaise with clients and internal teams
• A keen eye to detail and good with numbers is essential
• Quick to learn new software and functionality of new products
• Must work well, both collaboratively and independently
• Must thrive in a fast-paced environment.
