Job Description

Social Media Manager will be directly responsible for creating and deploying regional social media content strategy.

You will work with regional marketing, partners, influencers and global social media team reporting directly to the UK Marketing Director.

You will be measured on your ability to impact top-line KPIs; your main objectives are to increase brand awareness, engagement and player content generation.

You will be providing a high-quality content for the existing social media channels and work with partners and content creators to drive the message outside of owned channels. Analysing data and metrics to continuously improve your content and the product will be main driver for quality communication.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop local social media strategies utilising global content, developing regional content streams and partner content
Working collaboratively with the UK marketing team to set objectives and KPIs
Create and coordinate engaging multimedia content for all social channels to support UK promotions, partnerships and activities
You will be liaising with the central social media team, influencers and partners
You will collate monthly and campaign-based reports and analysis
You will conduct Market & competitors research (UK)
You will manage relationships of influencers and content partners
You will manage live coverage at events – either in person or working with freelancers as appropriate
You will work with Players/Influencers
You will work alongside the wider marketing team with creative and marketing agencies
Reporting and monitoring performance
Knowledge / Expertise / Qualifications:

Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of poker and the online poker industry.
Senior level social media experience or be in a position to step up to a challenge
Excellent written communication skills with ability to tailor communications to varied audiences.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written and presentational)
A strong conceptual thinker that knows how to bring a story to life
Highly creative with excellent attention to detail
A proven record of delivering against targets
