The successful candidate will report to the Head of CRM and work within a team whose focus it is to assist and implement campaigns to attract new customers as well as retaining and re-activating existing bettors across our online and retail channels.
The ideal candidate will be proficient at using Microsoft packages, be a good time-keeper and excellent communicator.
As a business, our focus is on encouraging customers to interact with our various platforms, both in-shop and online, and developing ways to support this initiative will form a major part of the role.
There is considerable room for growth and progression within both the CRM and Gibraltar-based teams, making this an ideal opportunity for an energetic and determined individual.

Core job responsibilities:

Campaign execution
• Create campaigns in line with existing CRM guidelines.
• Ensure campaign briefs are submitted on time and all relevant stakeholders are communicated to
• Create marketing assets like email, SMS, push messages, onsite inbox and terms pages
• Adhere to campaign QA process prior to ‘go live’
• Ensure campaign awareness across the business

Campaign reporting
• Report on campaign success metrics such as conversion and retention rates
• Document weekly and monthly results for all campaigns

Job competencies
• Strong knowledge and understanding of eCommerce and online marketing practices
• Understanding of web technologies and their application
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Ability to create and implement processes
• Able to work with multiple business units to achieve objectives
• Experience in email marketing tools and systems
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office portfolio

Role requirements:
• Prior experience in a gaming or sportsbook environment, not necessarily in the same role, is preferred but not essential
• Familiarity with HTML, comfortable working with numbers and using Excel
• Have good content writing skills and an excellent command of both written and spoken English
