BettingJobs are working with an iGaming group who are based in Las Vegas, their portfolio includes an online operator live in several US states as well as a UK facing brand. They are searching for an experienced CFO to join their team, the position is Vegas based. About the Role:

The Chief Financial Officer will play a key role in supporting the following functions, with a principal focus on: 1) all aspects of the Company’s financial and accounting strategy; 2) financial planning and analysis, including enhancing and maintaining the Company’s financial models and KPI analysis; 3) independent oversight of ROI pro-forma and postmortems for development projects; 4) Other ad hoc finance and development projects


• Oversee the financial and accounting strategies of the company
• Identify and address financial risks and opportunities for the company
• Oversee the company’s fiscal activities, including the preparation of corporate budgets, accounts payable, accounts receivable, regulatory reporting and audit requirements
• Manage our consolidated strategic and financial planning processes, the annual operating plan, rolling financial forecasts, and the underlying financial planning models, systems, and tools
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing process and manage budget accordingly
• Maintain and enhance the Company’s financial models and drive alignment on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business results and evaluate the health of the business by performing frequent KPI analysis
• Develop advanced modeling and analysis to highlight business trends and understand variance drivers
• Support strategic projects (e.g., negotiations, M&A, new products, and initiatives)
• Drive critical decision making and deliver clear communication and insights to our leaders and the Board
• Demonstrate professionalism and ability to maintain strict confidentiality of company information

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent practical experience
• Advanced degree, MBA, CFA or CPA is preferred
• Minimum of five (5) years of prior experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, strategy/management consulting, corporate investor relations, corporate finance, or related experience
• Understanding of GAAP and key accounting and revenue recognition principles
• Expert analytical and financial modeling skills, including a demonstrated understanding of corporate finance and valuation concepts
• In-depth knowledge of financial statement and KPI analysis
• Excellent organization and efficiency with demonstrated attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Possesses time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Ability to effectively communicate in English, in both oral and written forms
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.
• Computer literate with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• M&A experience preferred
• Knowledge of the gaming industry, including digital gaming is preferred
• Obtainment of Gaming license(s) in specific jurisdictions may be applicable
