Our client are looking for a HR Talent Acquisition Coordinator based in either Curacao or Malta. You will assist with all stages of the recruitment process, including the review of applications, conducting interviews, on boarding and training. You will also provide general support to all hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track progress, deadlines and priorities of all open vacancies
• Manage meeting arrangements and scheduling of appointments, both online and office based for recruitment
• Assist with pre-employment process including sorting incoming resumes, arranging candidate interviews and sending job offers
• Work with internal HR Systems and record keeping to assist in maintaining accurate and updated recruitment status
• Conducting online or in person candidate interviews and effectively assessing their suitability
• Compile clear reports and feedback on interviews, in line with internal processes and recommended guidelines
• Administrate the recruitment section of the company ensuring all job descriptions posted are accurately proofread and updated versions
• Work with the Training and Development Manager to arrange and record Hiring Training sessions for Managers and Team Leads
• Maintain a high level of customer service with both internal and external clients
• Record keeping of all Recruitment related documentation, including HR Interviews, JD’s and score cards
• Prepare Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents as required
• Assist with new employee welcome and orientation. This may include providing information and guidance about Curacao/Malta to newly arrived employees
• Ensure the highest quality of recruitment and selection processes are maintained, and developed further
• Build long-term relationships with recruitment agencies
• Maintain HR Management systems, LinkedIn, career page and other relevant portals up to date with the latest open vacancies
• Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities
• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
• Assisting the managers in highlighting strengths and weaknesses of short-listing and providing support to managers interviewing candidates
• Support with other recruitment duties as assigned

Essential Requirements:

• Able to work proactively in a team
• Strong communication skills, able to openly share ideas or information with team and keep all team members apprised of any updates to projects
• Detail oriented
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Reasoning ability. Good common sense with ability to solve practical problems
• Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills
• Must have good IT skills, able to quickly learn how to use new platforms and programs
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Knowledge & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field required
• Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience
• Familiarity with HR Management Systems would be considered an asset
