Betting Jobs are working with an online casino operator who are looking for a German speaking Risk/ Responsible Gambling Agent to join their team in Geneva, Switzerland.

He/she ensures good liaison between the client and the online gaming structure by applying the procedures and policy of the client service.

YOUR TASKS:

• Supporting the Social Concept Manager and his deputy by integrating the Gaming Manager team in the management of all files containing information on persons subject to a gambling ban or early detection measure;
• Handle all types of alerts via the platform back office;
• Ensure that files are kept up to date and available for consultation by authorised persons, containing all relevant documentation on the Social Concept;
• Implement the defined early warning actions to reinforce responsible gambling on the Pasino.ch platform;
• Apply customer service procedures and policy and account management effectively;
• Ensure that all information collected is clear, truthful and understandable to ensure that internal documentation is complete and regularly updated.

Provide ongoing risk management and proactively anticipate issues to minimise risk exposure in our online gaming operations. They will also identify, investigate and adjudicate potentially fraudulent account activity to minimise the impact.

YOUR TASKS

• Identify fraudulent activity and act in accordance with agreed procedures for accepting transactions, blocking accounts and subsequent checks;
• Investigate and monitor various forms of fraudulent users, payments and any suspicious alerts;
• Monitor and analyse customer attitudes;
• Keep up to date with information on online gambling threats and fraud;
• Establish proper identification records;
• Perform a KYC Spider search ;
• Enter information into the access control system and internal files;
• Unlock the customer account once the identification file is established;
• Manage AMLA alerts via the platform back office;
• Reporting ;
• Report regularly to the line manager.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Experience in a similar role is a plus (experience in iGaming and/or a banking company or other);
• Oral and written knowledge (C1 level) in German;
