Betting Jobs are working with an online casino operator who are looking for a German speaking Customer Support Agent to join their team in Geneva, Switzerland.


• To ensure a quick and qualitative treatment of players' requests and to be customer-oriented;
• Increase customer satisfaction and continuous improvement of products and services;
• Acquire a very good knowledge of products, services and tools in order to offer a unique experience to the players;
• Responding to player requests (e-mail, live chat and telephone);
• Monitor the game platform and provide technical support if required;
• Manage complaints and feedback from players;
• Supporting players in our identification processes and in initiating measures in relation to the Money Laundering Act and the social concept;
• Be responsible for the diagnosis and resolution of all player problems;
• Keep up to date with current promotional offers;
• Participate in various projects affecting the department;
• Prepare player-related reports to the line manager.


• A perfect command of the German language;
• Oral and written knowledge (level C1) in English and french is a plus
• Similar experience in a customer service or call centre environment;
• Excellent written and oral communication skills;
• A solution and customer oriented ability;
• A good command of the digital environment;
• A good ability to work in a team and independently;
• Flexibility and availability (flexible hours up to 1am, weekends and holidays).
