A fast-growing B2B provider in the US sportsbetting industry are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their growing team remotely in the US or Canada.

Position Overview

The company’s Business Development Representative (BDR) will lead proactive outbound prospecting, inbound lead qualification and convert marketing leads to sales qualified leads to help build a strong sales pipeline.

You are a HubSpot pro, or aspiring to be and almost there.

This individual will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery and individual research. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision-makers is essential.

You will be challenged to deliver Excellence, and will have a team of people behind you doing the same. We address challenges collaboratively with a balance of optimism, data and realism.

Set up product demonstrations and informational meetings through cold calling, emailing, social media and live events.
Drive growth by setting and hitting weekly, monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
Become an expert and advocate for Products and Services.
Lead our Hubspot expertise; coordinate with the internal team on the tools.
Establish creative strategies for targeting decision-makers.
Systematically move leads through the conversion funnel.
Measure, analyze, report, evangelize Sales data to the entire organization.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

High motor--must have passion and drive to help a start-up grow to be a market leader.
Outstanding communication skills--written, verbal and video.
Strong analytical skills, as well as presentation skills to help process-led growth.
Experience as a BDR in the gaming/sports/tech or adjacent SaaS industry.
Work-from-home capable; flexible work schedule required with occasional travel.
Google Work Suite and Microsoft Office - you have expert-level Excel skills.
