Director of Treasury – high growth global iGaming operator – Canada-based – Cryptocurrency Specialist
One of the global leaders in their specialist area of the sector is searching for a Director of Treasury in their Canadian HQ, to lead the company’s global banking operation.
With over 400 staff across 3 continents and customers across the globe, the growth of the business in recent years has far outstripped all of the competition. It’s a hugely exciting time to join such an organisation.
• 10+ years of Corporate Treasury and/or FP&A experience with a proven track record of leading corporate cash management operations across many countries and currencies.
• Manage projects related to working capital optimization, treasury process improvement, and complexity reduction.
• Build and manage banking relationships, maintaining an efficient banking platform structure while ensuring that appropriate processes and controls are implemented.
• Prepare and assist with M&A modeling, evaluation, financial due diligence, and integration activities as needed.
• Implement financial/KPI dashboards, providing consolidated and portfolio-level metrics with a focus on the information needs of recipients.
• Responsible for compliance, forecasting, budgeting, credit & debt facilities and management of cash flow.
• Risk management: identify, analyze and mitigate against financial risks, develop and implement a risk management policy, assisting in or leading risk management activities.

What you must have:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
• CPA, CFA, or CTP
• 7+ years of relevant experience, ideally including cash management, debt compliance, and working capital to adhere to strict deadlines.
• Strong experience or knowledge of the cryptocurrency space, either in gaming or alternative sectors
• Excellent mathematical skills management in an international organization
• Ability to independently develop recommendations on strategy, process improvements and deliverables based on prior experience and industry knowledge
• Team management skills.
• Ability to adhere to strict deadlines.
• Advanced written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Advance computer skills.
