Responsibilities
• Assists Country Manager in developing and maintaining market leading position in digital marketing and affiliate space
• Executes and monitors digital acquisition plans and proactively acquires, activates and retains new affiliates
• Develops and manages a portfolio of affiliate partners
• Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital and affiliate marketing
• Establishes and maintains strong partner relationships
• Identifies new potential opportunities in the relevant product vertical
• Handles the negotiation of bespoke deals with digital channels and affiliates
• Develops and manages promotion
Requirements:
• Proven 3+ years of experience in online gaming industry with digital marketing or affiliate marketing background
• Native Thai with solid knowledge of Thailand online gaming market
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
• Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics
• Experience with CPA (Cost Per Action), Revenue Share, CPC (Cost-Per-Click) and CPM (Cost-
Per-Mill) payment models
• Attention to detail and strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple
projects and requests
• An eye for detail, being analytical for reporting purposes
• Strong sales and negotiation skills are a bonus
