A fast-growing iGaming company in the London area are looking for an energetic and personable Office Manager to join their growing team. The successful candidate will support our Head of People in all matters relating to managing the office space. This is an exciting opportunity for a young, hungry individual to join a vibrant team, it is a very hands-on role, with significant visibility across the company. Key areas of focus will be managing travel, managing and reporting on all expenditure, plus assisting the Directors with ad hoc duties.

Key Responsibilities
• Managing reception and communal areas
• Travel arrangements
• Expenses
• Sign off all orders for catering, and office supplies
• Record and manage all costs
• Managing sundries/refreshments
• Organising staff socials
• Assisting the Directors with ad hoc duties

Key Skills / Experience
• Personable with strong communication and relationship building capabilities across all levels of the business
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Flexibility to juggle several activities simultaneously
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and work at a fast pace
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Practical and logical; able to solve problems quickly
• Enthusiastic passionate and keen
• Confidential and professional at all times
• Self-motivated to take initiative and ownership on issues and identify when escalation is needed
