• Incident Management and handling in coordination with rest of Teams and Escalation points
• Daily end-user support in relation to Networks/CDN/DNS issues (Service Requests)
• Ensure working towards Service Request Fulfillment and Team’s Service Catalog
• Responsible for a mix of Development and Operational related activities needed to Automate the installation and integration of different components making up our Infrastructure
• General LAN, WAN and CDN/DNS Technologies support and configuration
• General Network Monitoring for Key Metrics like Availability and Performance
• General Monitoring Tools Configuration Management (Alerts, Notifications, Thresholds)
• Bandwidth usage review and recommendations (Networks Capacity Management)
• Production Changes implementation following Change Management Processes
• Responsible to ensure high stability and scalability of our Internal/External Systems
• Pro-active optimization of the Network implementation (mostly WAN performance)
• Automation and promotion of Self-Healing Systems (Incidents avoidance)
• Work with 3rd-Parties Support and ISP International Providers when required
• Ensure Documentation standards are followed and able to Train and transition to the Team
• Responsible for supporting Networks Infrastructure (Cisco, A10, F5, HPE, Meraki, VPNs)
• Performs Operational Network duties in a complex environment. These will include Maintenances, software upgrades, implementing Backup, Disaster Recovery, and Monitoring
• Analyze performance issues in the different Networks impacting our different Products
• On-call and out-of-hours work to maintain Availability/Accessibility of the Infrastructure

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• CCNP/CCIE Certified or equivalent Routing Certification and ISP/WAN experienced profile
• 7+ years’ experience managing Routers, Switches and Firewalls (Appliances and Virtual)
• 7+ years’ experience configuring and maintaining WAN Services (DIA, MPLS, IPLC, QoS)

• Advance knowledgeable in Routing Protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, GRE, BGP and alike)
• Familiarity with Version Control Management (GIT)
• Analytical, creative, and innovative approach to solving problems
• Ability to write and interpret Technical Documentation (Run-books)
• Excellent Troubleshooter and proficient with Monitoring Tools (PRTG, NetFlow Analysis, etc.)
• Load Balancer Configuration and Administration (preferably but not required)
• Good oral and written English communication skills
• Ability to work in a team and works well under pressure and deadlines
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
• Independent but collaborative, driven, assertive

• Familiarity with Amazon AWS, GCP or any Public Cloud provider
• Interested in some Security Certification (like CCNP Security, etc.)
• Familiarity with Load-Balancing, Virtualization Tools and techniques (NFV, NSX, SDN)
• Monitoring Tools experience like EUMs/Browser (NewRelic) and ELK-Kibana is preferred
• Familiar with different Automation Provisioning/Configuration Management Tools
• Knowledgeable with different DM-VPN and SD-WAN solutions/technologies
• Proficient in Python or similar Scripting Language
• Understanding modern Web Stack Architectures (including External DNS/CDN)
