An exciting sportsbook who are entering the regulated Canadian market are looking for a Senior Affiliate Manager (sportsbook) to join their growing team. The company have a number of exciting and exclusive partnerships with Canadian leagues and media partners, that will be leveraged in order to drive customer acquisition.

This role can be based remotely in Canada, US or Europe - the candidate should have a strong knowledge of both North American sports and European sports.

The responsibility of the Senior Affiliate manager - Sports is to deal with large, strategic and/or business critical accounts whilst also developing the company's new acquisition relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Setting up of new affiliate accounts and ensuring that all tracking is in place and working correctly to enable full optimisation of the account by following all different sources of traffic.
- Responsible for and targeted on performance of assigned affiliates.
- Responsible to build and develop relationships with assigned affiliates to widen cooperation.
- Connect with key affiliate partners daily
- Acquire new affiliates and strengthen the existing partnerships
- Implement strategies to increase quality and yield from affiliates
- Participate in industry events and keep updated on industry trends
- Identify and cultivate top affiliates and develop incentive programs
- Proven track record of successfully handling key accounts
- Problem solving and analytical skills.
- Report to the Head of Affiliates on a weekly basis.

- Minimum 2 years account management experience within the Canadian sportsbook industry
- Experience in Sportsbook is a must
- Proven track record of successfully handling key accounts
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge of affiliation systems such as NetRefer an advantage
- Possesses strong sales and negotiation skills
- Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative
