Reporting into the Director of Commercial, you will manage a team of commercial account managers and will be ultimately responsible for the commercial growth of our publishing (organic/non-paid) assets and revenue, across all markets outside of the US.
Located in our Copenhagen, London or Stoke-on-Trent office you will be required to attend industry conferences and events throughout the year, in addition to travelling for strategic meetings with key partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives, aiming to accelerate revenue growth
• Management and leadership of the Publishing Commercial team and associated commercial roadmap, including local events calendar, product and pricing
• Lead the adoption of Salesforce across the Commercial team
• Ensure that we are always prioritising the right partners, from a conversion and revenue perspective, in each market
• Negotiate the strongest possible commercials at all times
• Secure long-term commercial security via legal agreements, through close collaboration with our Legal team
• Collaborate with Finance to ensure invoices are paid and support the debt collection process
• Provide the Director of Commercial with business-critical insights, operator feedback and trends to help shape our business strategies
• Quarterly internal reporting on commercial KPI’s
• QBR structure and delivery, along with in-person attendance for Tier 1 partners
• Industry and partner networking, representing Better Collective to further develop partner relations
• Quarterly market-level sales forecasting
• Identity any Paid/Publishing synergies and execute through close collaboration with the Director of Commercial and Head of Commercial Paid
• Internal alignment with key stakeholders

Our ideal candidate has/is…

• Extensive experience (5+ years) in iGaming
• Proven track record of effective sales and negotiations
• Managed a team of Account/Sales Managers
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Fluent in English
• Self-driven & proactive
• Structured and analytical with a superb attention to detail
