We are looking for a Licensing and Compliance Officer to join our growing compliance team. The role will focus on the Northern American market.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Be a subject matter expert for licensing and compliance regulations in North America.
Compile new license applications and maintain existing licenses in line with regulatory requirements for both corporate entities and individuals.
Maintain a thorough understanding of licensing and compliance requirements, including advertising and marketing.
Develop a strong understanding of our corporate structure so that relevant changes are notified appropriately to regulatory authorities and in a timely manner.
Develop and implement processes and policies for the business in line with regulatory requirements.
Respond promptly and efficiently with regulatory authorities in resolving licensing and compliance matters, handling questions and requests.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Licensing or Compliance Officer
Experience in dealing with different regulatory frameworks, preferably within the online gambling or related industry.
Experience of translating law and regulations into practical requirements.
Knowledge of gambling legislation and regulations, preferably for North American markets that permit online casino.
Ability to work independently.
Detail-oriented, organised and excellent document control.
Capable of training others and sharing knowledge in a confident manner.
Naturally inquisitive, analytical, with strong research skills.
Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and data security standards.
Ability to multi-task and take initiative in all parts of the operation.
Have a proactive approach and propose improvement to existing processes.
