Betting Jobs are working with a global iGaming leader, who are looking for Customer Support Specialists (French Speaking) to join their team based in either Malta or Dublin.

Key Responsibilities:

● You will be liaising directly with players, primarily via live chat and occasionally by email, to answer their questions and resolve their queries
● Act professionally when having to inform players of any upcoming promotions, regulation changes and requirements
● Always providing fast, accurate, thorough and friendly responses
● You will stay fully up-to-date with all of the guidelines, policies and procedures and will be up to the task of completing any other duties associated with assisting players as requested by management
● You’ll enjoy a fast-paced environment and working to agreed targets
● You will be willing to know the business in depth by being involved in projects and task groups

Essential Requirements:

● Experience in a customer facing role is beneficial but not essential
● Experience in the online gaming industry or online payment processing beneficial but not essential
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English
● Customer-orientated
● The ability to multitask and think quickly on your feet to be able to make solid decisions
● Tech-savvy and efficient with different communication and office software tools
● Highly- motivated with great attention to detail and able to evaluate customer demands
