The Casino Manager will be responsible for the successful day to day operations of the brand's online casino. He/she will assume responsibility for the games portfolio and lobby, working with marketing to successfully promote the casino and associated titles. The role will provide an essential link between our 3rd party suppliers and the business. This individual will be involved in defining casino product features and work with stakeholders to document and launch new revenue-driving functionality.

Key Responsibilities
• Own the Casino lobby, making sure game-positioning is fully optimized at all times for each market across all devices based on internal and supplier game data, as well as planned marketing activities.
• Facilitate the release of new game content – configure, test and coordinate with all teams
• Game lifecycle management - launch, optimize, temporary removal &/or revoke as required
• Collaborate with marketing to recommend, implement, and evaluate casino content for campaigns
• Ongoing site and user experience testing, support site maintenance and product releases.
• Casino issue/bug escalation - track and follow up with the technical and ops teams until resolution
• Manage the flow of materials (game sheets, design assets, jurisdictional certificates etc.) between operations, marketing, compliance, the platform and suppliers
• Reporting - create game and player trend reports focusing on VIP case studies and game profitability
• Prepare for product/release launches with appropriate communication to stakeholders and customer-facing teams such as customer service, marketing and product support, etc.
• Regular analysis of competitor activity in regards to product portfolio, supported devices, games promotions and positioning as well as new product features and promo tools.
• As the voice of the customer, provide valuable strategic direction to optimize the gaming experience.
• Define, document, prioritize and maintain new product and feature backlog
• Write customer-centric requirements for the product backlog
• Perform a post-analysis on completed features of presumed ROI and impact

Skills/ Experience:
• Must have experience in online gaming – preferably Casino (Real Money or Social) or lottery, sportsbetting, poker, bingo, etc.
• Good understanding of the Cryptocurrency landscape
• Experience with online/mobile B2C applications
• Ability to translate and articulate business needs into software requirements
• A team player, who is happy to work both independently and part of a larger team
• Strong communication, written and oral interpersonal skills
