One of the leading Sportsbook companies in the world are looking for a Senior Salesforce Specialist to join their team in either Malta or Toronto.

About the role:

To configure and maintain the Salesforce Service Cloud platform functionalities as well as drive the operational effectiveness and implement best practices within the organization and platform. To work with stakeholders to define system requirements and develop and customize the platform in order to get the most out of Salesforce technology ensuring that is aligned with the company’s strategy and goals.

Essential Job Functions / Main Duties & Responsibilities

Maintain the Salesforce Service Cloud platform along with development and customizations, effectively
Team development, coaching, leadership, and creating the appropriate size and scale capability
Manage and execute admin requests (i.e. assignment rules, flows, emails, queues, data import/export, create reports, objects layouts, user issues etc.)
Troubleshoot any issues that arise to existing applications including custom integrations
Partner with global stakeholders to proactively identify, drive, and build improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that solve critical business needs.
Lead or participate in requirements gatherings for small and large projects requested by global stakeholders as well as manage those projects to completion and release
Provide new user training and grow the Salesforce skill set across the organization
Effectively act as a liaison between all teams utilizing the platform
Keep up to date with Salesforce releases, features and best practices. Make recommendations to stakeholders regarding implementations as appropriate
Share your technical skills with other Salesforce admins resources within the organization

Skills & Qualifications

Strong Salesforce administration skills and experience
Expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud to handle various business related issues
Mentoring/Leadership experience
Strong data administration and analytical skills
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work with a globally dispersed team
Self-motivated with sound decision making skills
Creative thinker / problem solver

Knowledge & Experience

Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator is required
Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification or Salesforce Developer Certification would be an asset
Minimum 3 years of Salesforce Service Cloud Admin experience
Expertise with Lightning Experience
Expertise of Marketing Cloud would be an asset
Knowledge of Sportsbook industry would be an asset
Deep understanding of technical requirements, system configuration, user requirements, reporting, modifying pages, views and dashboards as well as all related policies and procedures
