BettingJobs.com are currently seeking a Product Manager for an established Sportsbook in their London office.

As Product Manager, you will play a key role in the development of a market-leading product offering and will have a significant input into the success of the organisation.

The Product Manager position would be well suited to an experienced Product Manager looking to take on responsibility for driving forward the entire product strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Oversight across all the different product delivery streams
• Development of the product business strategy
• Understand new requirements
• Provide clarity to Product Owners on product requirements
• Manage backlog of strategic product initiatives by prioritising work streams
• Gather ideas for new product features and enhancements
• Support the direction of the product’s features and benefits
• Owing product roadmap for the various product delivery streams
• Delivering products to meet the changes in compliance / certification guidelines
• Support multiple implementations and deliveries at one time
• Coordinate with third-party partners and regulatory bodies involved in the product development for a cohesive delivery
• Track and manage day-to-day issues related to the product development as communicated by the Product Owners and offer solutions for resolution
• Communicate status and issues to senior management in a timely manner and escalate risks internally, as appropriate

Requirements:

• Experience in a Product Management role within the sport betting sector
• At least 4 years experience in product development; managing and owning a product line, plus overseeing Product Owners
• Bachelor's degree (preferably in Management, Business, or Information Technology) or equivalent work experience
• Experience supporting complex operations or programs that include end-to-end service delivery and support, with a focus on providing superior internal customer service and driving results
• Demonstration of working effectively with a variety of groups across organisations
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven process
• Demonstrated leadership skills, including decision-making and issue resolution
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, decision making and problem-solving skills
• Passionate about user experience and deliver best practice in UI/UX
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present across all levels of the organization
