Following a remarkable growth period in 2020, this company are looking to expand into new territories to grow further. Brazil is the first market they will enter, followed by many others in due course. As a result they are looking for a Brazilian Country Manager to join the team and work with them to make Brazil the success it can be.

Furthermore, they have ambitious plans for the region and subject to the success of Brazil, would see rapid growth opportunity for the right candidate that can deliver the right results


You will mainly be responsible for:

• Lead the development and implement the marketing strategy, including clear plans for all available marketing and communication channels. The marketing plan shall include and align all activities including, online, affiliation, ambassadors, events and social media
• Responsible for planning, buying and negotiating all media, either through direct relationships or through a media agency
• Overall P&L responsibility for the Brazilian market and delivering results in accordance with set budget and targets
• Ensuring the brands are optimised and localised for the Brazilian market
• Working according to the team campaign planning process, contributing with localised campaign ideas, marketing briefs and campaign review deliverables.
• Working closely together with the design team to develop the creative concept allowing for long term brand building and communication within the market
• Work together with the affiliate team ensure that the affiliate channel is utilised to the max. Handle and develop own affiliate deals where applicable
• With support of the business intelligence team, follow-up and analyse all the marketing activities to make sure it is all in line with budgets and targets. Ensuring clear reporting and action plans to counter any failing results
• Maintain in-depth knowledge on the market including keeping tabs on the competition and the regulatory situation
• Responsible to advise on the team structure to ensure most efficient operations in the market. Working together with all function heads to encourage recruitment of the right people as well as and retaining talent


Qualifications:

To excel within this role you should have:

• 4 years country exposure, with particular focus on acquisition and branding that you can demonstrate from your career journey to date
• Strong, documented leadership skills
• Experience leading within matrix organisational structures
