One of the leading iGaming and Sportsbook operators in the UK are currently recruiting for a new “CRM Specialist - Technical” to join their team on a Full-time basis.

This role can be based in London, or remote within the UK (occasional travel required).

Job Responsibilities:
• Own, manage and communicate the requirements, priorities and the roadmap of the primary customer relationship management, Optimove and our customer insight solution
• Ensure that issues affecting process are reported and resolved in a timely manner
• Act as a bridge between the technical and CRM team members to ensure the technology solutions are practical and meet the needs of the business
• Partnering and working closely with the Product Managers for frontend and backend services to ensure roadmaps and backlogs are understood, visible, aligned, and business value is understood
• Strengthen collaborative relationships with marketing teams
• Fully understand the marketing cycle and process
• Act as the primary escalation point for business-critical issues.
• Coordinate CRM training for end-users
• Ensure that issues affecting process are reported and resolved in a timely manner
• Drive best practice and direction of process and workflow

Person Specification:
o Previous experience in a similar CRM Product Manager role.
o Strong Product/ project Management is mandatory.
o Working knowledge of CRM tools such as Optimove, Provider/Bonus/SMS back offices or similar.
o Proven track record of gathering requirements and translating them into user stories and/or functional specifications
