Our client, an exciting iGaming firm, is seeking an experienced CMO responsible for developing the marketing strategy and overseeing the marketing operations of their business. The CMO will be responsible for branding and all marketing activities of the business in order to grow a customer base and optimise sales and profits. As their product is new to market, this is a superb opportunity for the candidate to help steer the marketing direction of the brand and influence the development of an exceptional offering.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee daily marketing operations of the company (Branding & PR, Customer Acquisition and CRM)
• Plan, implement and manage marketing and branding strategy
• Set challenging and realistic goals for growth and profitability.
• Set budgets and KPI’s, track these and measure ROI on a continuous basis.
• Ensure brand guidelines are well defined and applied across all channels.
• Be aware of competitive environment and consumer trends.
• Build and lead a team of marketing professionals based in US, Spain and Malta.
• Provide management to staff and leadership to the organization that aligns with the company’s business plan and overall strategic vision.
• Use data and reports to make evidence-based decision.
• Work with other C-level executives on budgeting, forecasting and resource allocation programs.
• Control department costs and introduce tactical initiatives to maximize ROI.
• Create effective measurement tools to gauge the efficiency and effectiveness of all marketing investments
• Partner with the CFO to achieve favourable financial results with respect to sales, profitability, cash flow, systems, reporting and controls.
• Provide accurate and timely reports outlining the business performance and operational condition of the company.
• Work closely with senior management team in creating, growing and building a world class, industry leading organization.
• Motivate and encourage employees at all levels as one of the key leaders in the company
• Foster a growth oriented, positive and encouraging environment while keeping employees accountable to company policies, procedures and guidelines.
• Employing various initiatives to coach employees to optimize their capabilities.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
• Proven experience as CMO at an international iGaming Operator
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the iGaming industry
• Degree in Marketing, Management, or similar relevant field
• Thorough knowledge of marketing principles, brand, product, and service management
• Good understanding of digital customer acquisition and retention related activities
• Passionate customer advocacy
• Deep understanding of changing market dynamics
• Superb analytical skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team
