SENIOR WEBSITE CONTENT MANAGER (SPORTSBOOK)
1. About the role
Full time position.
Location – Gibraltar (remote)
Reporting directly into the VP of Sports, you will be implementing a strategy and vision for the overseeing, organization, planning, creation and publishing of all Sportsbook related website content for a B2B Sportsbook service.
Fluent in the requirements of a Sportsbook player, you'll ensure all necessary Sportsbook content is included on a website/app and is laid out in a way that suits the player, ensuring that everything is up to date & accurate ensuring that a partner’s headline proposition and customer experience is relevant, accessible and engaging at all times.
Partnering closely with our development teams, you’ll be overseeing the creation and subsequent implementation of a CMS ensuring it meets the needs of the content strategy, the needs of our partners this delivering the best possible site experience for the player.
Work with the Sportsbook team to develop and deliver an effective content strategy, aligned to our business strategy which will position us as a leading B2B Sportsbook operator
Develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term targets
Identify opportunities to streamline and create efficiencies with creation and implementation of a CMS
Liaise with and brief Sportsbook product development teams on CMS developments
Produce maps and visualisations of the site to help product development teams understand the structure and function of the website to link to individual sportsbook product requirements
Develop and implement best practice CMS content planning
Create and implement content schedules detailing listing of all key sports fixtures within individual territories to support the daily/weekly content plan
Seek out Sportsbook content that is interesting and beneficial to our audiences and lead the planning, creation/editing and delivery of that content across our partners channels
Develop standards, systems and best practice for content creation & distribution
Ensure all content produced relevant to the partners brand, consistent in style, quality and is optimised for search
Respond to and troubleshoot any issues within the CMS around how content is displaying across
our partners websites
Develop relationship with BI to analyse analytics data to learn how users are interacting with our partners sites
Conduct ongoing A/B testing to gauge content effectiveness. Gather data and handle analytics available to our partners and make recommendations based on the results. Work with future partners to revise and measure content against business goals.
Leverage market research to develop content themes of how users interact with the site and how users view their site within specific global regions

Strong attention to detail able to achieve thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing numerous ongoing tasks, able to ensure all content output is consistent
Effective planning skills able to accurately estimate time and effort required to complete tasks and discipline to organise personal time to carry out responsibilities
Strong analytical skills with the ability to compile and ask the right questions together with an ability to interpret data and results
Strong initiative, problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently to get things done
Strategic, and able to create, oversee and implement large projects
Experience with working in an agile environment and supporting requirements for development teams
Proficiency in basic office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Knowledge of best practice for CMS implementation and web content
Extensive experience of working with a Content Management System (CMS) for a Sportsbook including online content creation, UX/UI, design and front-end web development
Proven editorial skills and an excellent command of written and verbal English
