16363 are currently for a CRM Marketing Manager for a sports betting and online casino based in Liverpool.

• Develop and implement unique, best-in-class CRM strategies and integrated players communications across email, SMS, web, app-push, and real-time onsite communications
• Lead workflows, segmentation, personalisation, automation strategies, conversion optimisation for all new CRM marketing user journeys and initiatives to drive onsite engagement across desktop, mobile, app
• Data compliance. Ensure all CRM marketing activities apply to latest GDPR regulations and best practise and drive data hygiene programs
• Use behavioural website and transactional KPI data to produce a time of day program for player CRM content optimisation calendar morning, afternoon, to increase engagement and retention rates, quality, and customer growth
• Work closely with business analytics and technology to ensure best-in-class reporting across all touchpoints, from middle-of-funnel to bottom-of-the-funnel. Advance tools on real-time personalisation, reporting, and strategies around marketing intelligence and channel optimization. Work closely with Product and Journey Managers to ensure product, UI/UX, etc. is optimized for maximum player retention and growth. Collaborate
with acquisition team to ensure key programs are deployed in the new player journey to improve player quality, limit churn, drive advocacy, and increase share of wallet
• Collaborates across teams to deliver an effective CRM content marketing strategy and plan to meet the business objectives at the lowest possible cost and optimisation run rate
• Development of brand persona and governance so CRM content marketing is consistent with our brand voice, style and tone across our desktop, mobile, app platforms
• Measurement and optimization of the CRM programs analysis will be required on a regular and ongoing basis as to how effective the programs are across desktop, mobile, app with a continuous test and learn approach
• Briefing, management, and QA of all creative resources including designers, copy writers, and any other agency personnel of the CRM programs
• Executive presentations on the CRM marketing program approaches, using behavioural and transactional data-driven analysis for performance and results aligned to the core monetisation KPI’s will be required

• Data-driven digital CRM content marketing professional
• 5+ years in online gambling or online marketing
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Optimove, Google Analytics, HotJar, App Analytics, and other web behaviour analytic CRM tools or similar
• Up-to-date with current GDPR, privacy regulations, new technologies and marketing trends
• Project management skills, management of priorities of multiple internal and external stakeholders with a focus on the delivery of results and CRM KPI's
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English
