16362 are currently recruiting for a Programmatic Marketing Manager for a leading sports betting and online casino based in Liverpool.

• Responsible for the formation of the programmatic strategy and execution across the paid media channels
• Responsible for developing and executing the programmatic media road map, including new initiatives, testing and optimisation reviews
• Develop forecasting performance and proactively developing business cases for media opportunities
• Audience and Data compliance. Ensure all programmatic marketing activities apply to latest GDPR regulations and best practise and drive data hygiene programs
• Lead plans for utilising econometrics and attribution models to influence decisions, optimise campaigns and plan for future campaigns across marketing
• Responsible for ensuring that digital KPI’s are understood by business stakeholders and used appropriately
• Use behavioural website and transactional KPI data to produce a time of day program for player programmatic audience optimisation calendar morning, afternoon, to increase customer growth rates
• Work closely with business analytics and technology to ensure best-in-class reporting across all touchpoints, full-funnel reporting
• Measurement and optimization of the programmatic programs analysis will be required on a regular and ongoing basis as to how effective the programs are across desktop, mobile, app with a continuous test and learn approach
• Briefing, management, and QA of all creative resources including designers, copy writers, and any other agency personnel of the programmatic programs
• Executive presentations on the programmatic marketing program approaches, using behavioural and transactional data-driven analysis for performance and results aligned to the core monetisation KPI’s will be required

• Data-driven digital marketing professional • Programmatic or similar role; must have experience in Paid Social and Display Media
• Experience with platforms such as Google Analytics 360, DMP’s, trading desk tools or similar
• Up-to-date with current GDPR, privacy regulations, new technologies and marketing trends
• Project management skills, management of priorities of multiple internal and external stakeholders with a focus on the delivery of results and KPI's
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English
