Betting Jobs are working with one of the largest iGaming operators in Central Europe and they are looking for a Group CRM Manager to join their team in Prague.

Responsibilities:
• Deliver all CRM activities according to monthly and quarterly plans including email, site/mobile messaging, SMS marketing, loyalty programme and other as required
• Ensure all bonuses, codes, promotions and campaigns are delivered
• Develop and manage optimisation plan for communications and subsequently reporting results and recommendations back to key stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvements for communications to optimise performance versus KPI’s and recommend improvements where required.
• Ensure content sign off occurs in plenty of time (at least 24hrs prior to send)
• Ensure day to day brief - build - deliver process runs effectively + efficiently
• You will be required to keep abreast and research new trends and developments across communications channels
• You will become proficient in all marketing communication channels and utilising all systems and tools such as Silverpop, PT Optimiser, and Campaign Manager
• Cooperation with: Country Marketing & Management Teams, Group Marketing Teams, Finance, IT/Product Development, Bookmaking, Customer Service, Playtech, other 3rd party service providers (e.g. Silverpop)

Requirements and other specifications:
• Education (High/University), language knowledge (level of EN, CZ, …), length of practice and experience required: Fluent English (local languages an advantage – Czech, Slovak, Polish, Romanian)
• At least 1 years experience as a CRM executive or similar positions
• Strong analytical/commercial/numbers focus including experience of managing significant marketing budgets
• Qualifications, knowledge of “XY”, specific technology; hard and soft skills required
• Good technical knowledge of CRM and analytical systems
• Work and personality characteristics required: A growth mindset – always be looking for how we can get “just that 1%” better and excellent eye on detail – you are almost perfectionist
