Duties and responsibilities:
• Regular communication with our casino partners on a range of issues, central to the performance of our casino with customers
• Maintaining an extensive knowledge of the online casino sector and our customer’s experiences
• Work with our 3rd party vendors to ensure our customers receive the best possible casino experience
• Take a lead role in understanding and working with our full back office suite across all necessary casino operations
• Keeping close track of daily technical, promotional and product issues and communicating these to relevant stakeholders
• Analysing the performance of our games and relevant marketing/promotional campaigns
• Analysing performance reports for any potential issues or opportunities.
Knowledge and skills:
• Significant previous experience within the online gaming industry and demonstrable knowledge across the field of casino operations
• Excellent analytical skills, covering casino and campaign performance.
• Experience in working on successful marketing campaigns within the online gaming sector
• Strong communicative abilities in both Czech and English
