Duties and responsibilities:
• Developing and leading a customer support function of the highest standard
• Building our customer support team and training them to ensure consistency of service across the business
• Establishing clear quality control KPI’s
• Creating an attitude of non-stop improvement across the company’s customer support teams
• Lead on developing procedures to ensure accurate, fast and sensitive responses to customers
• Work closely with all departments in solving customer issues quickly and effectively

Knowledge and skills:
• Significant managerial experience within the online gaming industry, specifically leading customer support teams
• Excellent work ethic, capable of both performing independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and mentoring abilities, with proven success in hiring, developing and motivating individuals.
• Excellent communication skills, including fluency in both Czech and English
