16246 are currently recruiting for Account Director for a leading B2B Platform provider, the position will focus on selling the product to clients and growing sales in the European market.

• Deliver business revenues against budget and create yearly budgets
• Tracking and driving KPI performance metrics through established scorecards
• Follow the cost development within the partnership and make sure that it follows the development of revenues, so that margins are maintained
• Drive significant growth and performance of the mobile/device channel
• Drive ARPU Growth with tracking using primary and secondary metrics
• Make sure that best practices are communicated between Partners and the company
• Monitor the Political/Legal developments in areas of operation
• Ensure that partnership brands are developed to stay ahead of local competition
• Develop and implement a concise automated life-cycle development strategy, making sure all Commercial tools are used in the best way
• Work closely with the Product Managers; to feed in marketing requirements; and local products development, assist Delivery Manager and PO to develop business case for new developments for Roadmap forum
• Game portfolio management by analysing and optimizing the game content on-site through the Casino, Live Casino, Games, Scratch (and Lotto) product verticals
• Identify opportunities and come up with new marketing concepts to improve campaign effectiveness
• Communicate and coordinate with Delivery Manager, PO, Tech & Central resources to make sure the cooperation runs smoothly
• Report about development to Direct Manager on a weekly basis
• Weekly meeting and coordination with Partner Delivery Manager on a weekly basis
• The Account Director will be expected to build out a team but maintain overall responsibility for key client accounts

• Besides being an energetic, pro-active, passionate and goal oriented individual, you can demonstrate the following skills:
• Several years’ experience within sales and/or account management
• Ability to build a B2B Account management strategy
• Commercially driven; experienced in collaborating closely with the commercial teams in order to demonstrate ROI on all activities
• Proactively making improvements in all aspects of the Key Accounts to increase the value of the portfolio
• Comfortable using data to optimise processes and make decisions
• Passionate about iGaming, sports and casino
• A sales / business development approach to expanding and growing the value of your accounts
• Excellent communications skills and an eye for detail are a must
