VIP Manager – Top-end US Gaming Brand – Sports Betting

One of the biggest names in gaming & resorts in the US is growing their Sports Betting Marketing team and are looking to introduce a leader to the VIP team, who will be responsible for the management of the overall VIP strategy and team.

About the Role:
We are searching for someone to oversee the VIP Patron Host team within the Retention vertical. This leader will be responsible for leading and developing a team of hosts to ensure that the team acts as effective ambassadors for the brand in their external dealings. The ideal candidate is great with implementing a sales target framework and working environment and has experience and knowledge to train teams to become effective hosts.
• Manages the remote and onsite VIP team
• Responsible for data integrity, internal controls, and compliance with regulatory and legal requirements
• Serves as a point of escalation for VIP host enquiries
• Directly manages a limited book of VVIP’s
• Motivates, mentors, and manages VIP host team
• Ensures VIP hosting schedule and coverage
• Provides business visibility on activity and output from the VIP team
• Organize and execute VIP events in tandem with hosts
• Strategize and create a framework for effective VIP processes from approvals and controls through to integrity and regulatory compliance
• Reviews and provides feedback to internal teams and stakeholders including marketing, customer service and product teams on how to better identify and serve our VIPs
• Other job duties as assigned

• High School diploma required
• Previous experience with IGT Patron required
• Minimum of five (5) years of previous experience in a sales or customer facing management role
• Minimum of two (2) years of previous experience in a senior role involving face to face contact as a point of escalation
• Previous experience in customer facing high end retail, hospitality, or front of house guest service
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.
• Possesses interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts
• Ability to effectively communicate in English, in both oral and written forms
• Excellent professionalism and ability to maintain strict confidentiality or company and guest information
• Working knowledge of HTML and/or XL preferred
• Previous experience working for a luxury brand preferred
• Flexible and willing to work varying shifts including weekends and weeknights
