Job description
● Deliver proposals of quality payment methods, meeting business’ expectations of fees and rolling reserve conditions;
● Conduct negotiations of rates and terms of contract with prospecting PSPs;
● Research and analyse new payment methods according to the current business needs and growth strategy;
● Develop a networking plan and check in on new and existing contacts regularly;
● Ensure the merchant agreements details match with negotiated terms;
● Research and negotiate account openings and terms with banks;
● Advise on use of APMs and exclusive processing solutions;
● Follow up on market’s dynamic, always stay up to date with trends in payments industry;
● Help to assess the impact of launching new payment method on cash flow;
● Advise on optimising the routing of payments transactions;
● Participate in team meetings to evaluate the current needs for payment methods and back up options; bring them to the internal discussions with relevant stakeholders;
● Prioritise needs for the solutions in line with business needs and planned expansion;
● Advise on global payments strategy to ensure no-downtime, attractive and innovative processing system is in place;
● Assist in monitoring performance and acceptance ratio of newly implemented solutions;
● Maintain documentation of payment methods prospects and offers;
● Report to the Head of Fraud and Payments.

● Min. 5-8 years of proven experience in the online payments industry, with min. 3 years of focus on high risk businesses (ex. online entertainment, iGaming, multi-level marketing, bookmaking);
● Experience in sales and onboarding in the online payments industry;
● Excellence in growing business network;
● Outstanding negotiation and networking skills;
● Excellent communication and problem solving skills;
● Proficiency in English (orally and in writing); additional European languages are a plus;
● Strong presence in B2B sector, with focus on building and managing relationships;
● Excellent understanding of payments industry and international regulations (MID, gateways, routing, aggregators, acceptance ratio, tokenization, chargeback, PCI DSS, PSD2, SCA, 3DSv.2, etc.);
● Familiarity with various pricing models (IC++, MDR, Rolling Reserve, etc,);
● Experience with building and analyzing PSP performance reports;
● Ability to determine and work with priorities;
● Ability to work under pressure, in fast paced environment;
● Great flexibility and adaptability; team-player.
● Demonstrate ethics and integrity in business practices.

● Experience in Sales and Business Development;
● Experience in working in startup environment;
● Considers networking a part of daily life;
● Familiar with GSuite tools.
