Skills/knowledge required for the position
● Proven hands-on experience in Affiliate Management with a solid track record of securing, developing, and maintaining strategic partnerships while directly contributing to business growth and profitability
● Good understanding of online affiliate marketing
● Experience working in iGaming and a relevant rolodex of relationships within the industry
Main job responsibilities
● Responsible for building processes & procedures with the goal of identifying and bringing in new partnerships to the affiliate program.
● Creating an acquisition strategy for all markets.
● Will work on developing the official affiliate program of the group
● Will work in close partnerships with various departments and stakeholders throughout the company
● Full responsibility for delivering on the Affiliation targets, ensuring that existing partners are scaled in a profitable way, creating better deals, and adding new affiliates to the program.
● Finding and creating new projects and business opportunities within the affiliation and partner sales area that correlate with the end result of growing the business in a clear and measurable way.
● Maintaining and developing a data driven mindset throughout the team
● Close cooperation with the Marketing Teams of each brand to ensure all campaigns and creatives are taken out in the affiliation channel in the best way possible.
● Ensuring that the Affiliate business is run with the right level of compliance with regulations and best practices specific to each market
● Responsible for the company's acquisition strategy: Welcome bonus, Affiliate, Media, SEM, SEO and PPC activities (online and offline) to meet the company's targets across all markets and product verticals
● Delivery of the affiliate targets in all markets measured on CAC and LTV, and other key KPIs; including scaling of existing affiliates, creating/negotiating deals, and/or adding new affiliates to the programme.
● Working together with external parties, partners and agencies to execute the digital marketing mix and regular reporting on performance of all key KPIs and market activity.
● Responsible for performance of the necessary due diligence when onboarding new Affiliates, ensuring that new partners meet the requirements; overall responsibility for the onboarding and sales to prospective partners
● Responsible for development through finding and creating new projects and business opportunities within the Acquisition area to grow the business in a clear and measurable way.
● Representing the affiliate program at industry events and keeping updated on industry trends.
